Hello People! how are you today? are you hungry? (i'm allways hungry...specially when i'm at university...) So let's talk about  recepes and food (food is good, food is life). Bacically, recepies are wais to improve your normal food, example; apples are good, caramel is good and puff pastry is good, but if you put them togeter (Oh La la). Some recepes are easier than others, and some just need a little bit of expertise to be done. I like to cook, more iben if is for share or if is for some one else, if is only me...is boring. I have a lot of cooking web sites, i have a folder only for that in my computer and through time i had realize that the best cooking blogs or sites are the one in english...why? Becouse gringos had master the easy-grossly-fasty way of cooking, like this recepe that is at the same time my proud and my shame...are Chocolate and Bacon Cookies (yeeeaaa...new national dish...my grand mother will be so proud) You are gona need:

500 gr of flour (whit baking powder or whitout...whit is more fluffy)
500 gr of chocolate coating (yeaaaa you are gonna need all that chocolate)
200 gr of oat flakes
150 gr of suggar (brown suggar pleaseeee)
1/2 of a cup of almonds
50 gr of bacon (all the bacon you want (come on! this is from Gringolandia.. The land of bacon!))
400 gr of butter (use less at the beginning, like 250 gr and if you need more for get the correct texture you add more)

We start whit all of our ingridients ready, the butter must be soft and creamy and the flour sieving.
The bacon most be cook and crispy before wee put it on the mix so we cut it in little pices (not very smooth) and put it on a hot pan (no oil) until it is gold and pretty. When wee have our bacon ready wee must  slice our almond (again, not very smooth) and chop the chocolate, you need to cut the chocolate until it can ad to the mix, like little pices not biger tan 1x1 cm cubic.
When you get the almonds, the chocolate ande the bacen ready, is time to get dirty.
Cut the butter (the first 250 gr) in cubes and mix it whit the flour, the oat and the suggar. The result must be a creamy pastry, not dry mix, if you feel it is to dry add more butter. When you get the perfect texture is time to add the chocolate, the almonds and the bacon.

When it get all mixed make little balls whit a spoon and put it on the oven tray spacing one from another and bake it for 20-25 minutes (you better stay and look it time to time to be shure) and...TA DA!!! Chocolate and Bacon crispy cookies (do it like..ones a year for your healt and your heart)
